*Base rate for 9 items or less is 1.5hrs. But if you have a fixed list that is 4 items or less, please let us know and we are more than happy to offer you a fixed rate as well instead of running the hourly rate.

Our call-out fee covers the travel from our base (or last drop-off) to your pickup address, and then from your drop-off location back to our base.
Please note: we only start charging for labour time once we arrive at your home, and we stop the clock as soon as the job is done.
